Enables us to help a young person get the basics in place, including a copy of their birth certificate, to access emergency accommodation
Secures safe accommodation for a homeless young person enabling him/her to then consider how to rebuild his/her life.
Enables a young person to undertake a series of one-to-one sessions with a Training and Employment caseworker, enhancing his or her prospects of securing employment.
Brings a young person and his or her family together for mediation so that the causes of conflict can be resolved and communication restored.
Provides 90 pupils with an understanding of the dangers of running away from home, the skills to defuse conflict at home – the main cause of young people running away, and knowledge about where to go to get help if they cannot cope.
